Sport sweets

How come a lot of people that I know, including myself, tend to want some type of sweet before bed. Could it be because your body is tired and is thriving sugar for energy,or is it a mental thing? Actually, it never came to thought that it could be a problem in my diet...You guys seem to know ten times more than I do, so i will let yall decide.
 
Night time is the most common time to find yourself wanting to cheat on a diet for candy or whatever. This is true because people just have better self control when they are well rested which is usually morning or during the day. Having stress and just lack of energy once a day is ending, just makes us less likely to have the same self control. Self resource has been depleted by a day of making choices and resisting temptations.

so really it is up to you whether or not you want to do it, but that is why it is more tempting. im like you . night time is my favorite time to eat which i horrible. i could probably go all day on one meal in the morning and then just eat anything at night. stuff like candy is my favorite at night as well. i dont think theres a problem with your diet that is making you have a need for something sweet at night, its probably just what i listed above. hope that helps...

I dont know why but I like eating salty food at night !! anybody else like salty food at night too ??

sometimes eat tuna, turkey breast or beef jearky ...

probrably as bad as eating sweets !! :p :p
 
I am like you Wllfred. I don't like sweets. I tend to eat salty things at night. I usually eat peanut better or some form of meat.
 
During the day your too busy to think about your cravings, but when all thats left is watching TV and going to bed its hard to keep your mind off whatever it is you want.

Try...
-getting laid
-protein shake
-keeping more active in the evenings

I find I eat a lot less if im on the forum, or playing on the Xbox than I would watching TV because your using your head.
 
If you must have something sweet at night, go for some sugar free jello or popsicles. There are your best friends when cutting.

Or you can get a snow cone machine and use sugar free syrup.
