Sport Sweet Craving

Occassionally I get a craving for something sweet (usually nothing in particular). Generally, I do not have much of a sweet tooth.

So:
(A) What causes this - and what can I do to avoid it.
(B) What would you recommend eating to get rid of it.
 
Eat some fruit. Theres nothing you really can do to prevent it that I know of. Eating fruit can help you cure it though.
 
i find tomto sauce or ketchup triggers chocolate cravings....or lots of white carbs.........so i stay away from that stuff if i can....

have you seen the sugar free ices in stores?
