Sweating Issues

I hope I'm posting on the correct forum for this topic. If not, please feel free to redirect me to the correct place on the forum.

I've been working out for quite a long time, but in the past year I've noticed now that whenever I sweat heavily during a workout, my sweat smells like ammonia or even close to cat pee. I"ve done some online research and found that many sights are saying that I have too much protein and not enough carbs in my diet. However, I do eat a lot of carbs. I notice it more when I have had any amount of meat - especially red meats. Is this legit, or would someone out there have any advice that would be different?

Many Thanks!
