Sport sushi

I have become semi-addicted to eating sushi for lunch. About 1-2 times a week I get 12 pieces of "California Roll" sushi. Usually this is white rice sushi, as it is easier to find. I never used to like any type of seafood and still can't really eat sushi that is more fish-based (I can eat spicy tuna rolls but that has spicy mayo, which i try to avoid, and regular tuna rolls taste too fishy tom e), but I LOVE this combination (it has crabmeat, avocado, and sometimes cucumber).

Is this an ok meal? I make sure to get extra veggies in w/dinner if i have this for lunch, and sometimes snack on an apple if I'm still hungry after.

Thanks!

the only thing would be the white rice..but it seems ok..is the crab meat imitation or real?

Be careful with the spicy part...you'll get stomach ache or if you have acne problems, you're not gonna be happy with it and also spicy food makes you give out a lot of gases by both ways:rolleyes: ...

I'm not an expert of food choices by any means, but I think its better to have sashmi (just the fish no rice), and if you don't care for the plain fish, most places now have soy seaweed rolls instead of rolled in rice! MMM! I had one like that and it was better then the rice!!!:D
