Survey for Da Dads

Hey everyone,

I know most of the members here are beautiful ladies, but I am running a survey for the fathers. If you're a dad maybe you can take 2 minutes to answer this short survey. Or one of the ladies can refer their hubby to the survey, that would be awesome. Its for my first product I plan to release. Thanks in advance.

I'll fill it out, but I'm having some trouble answering some of the questions. There is no wiggle room.

Done also...I'm a divorced father of three, but luckily, have my kids 80% of the time! I feel the biggest factor for my success, at anything at this point, is TIME MANAGEMENT. My typical daily schedule goes something like this: Breakfasts, making lunches, drop kids off at schools, work, sports practices (Soccer, Football, Dance), bath time, read to kids... now it's 9pm, and I'm whipped! Anything that saves/and or helps make time would be a great help.

God bless you lol. I have a few mini-routines that I keep for my real busy days. I did a "No Excuses" workout at 10:30 the other night. It only takes 10 minutes and it will blast you. Only problem was I couldnt sleep after that. One thing I like about the gymless program I am doing now is that most of my days can be substituted like that. I can do some alternate movements or set/reps and still get my WO in. I don't know the age of your kids but I have been doing my WO at the local playground when time/weather permits. My kids go with me and my daughter actually got upset last night because we didnt go (There was people there) She jumped on the trampoline while I did my strength day in the backyard though.

How old are your kids, Ed? I have a girl who is almost 9 and a boy almost 7

Girl is 9, son is 12.
Cammie is my work out partner!

Thanks. Just doing what I have to. "Mom" (if you can call her that)only has them 4 mornings a week, and 8 hours every other saturday!! Too busy I guess! Done complaining now. Anyways, I need some of those quick yet efficient workouts. I have a 6 3/4 year old boy, a 5 year old girl, and a 3 1/2 year old boy. My oldest plays soccer(travel), flagfootball, and hockey, my daughter does dance, and the youngest wants to do whatever the oldest is doing! I plan on getting up at 4am to do my workouts. I know it will be hell, but i HAVE to MAKE the time, not find it!
MY THREE REASONS...As you see from the pic, we like to hike and stay active, but I really need something more difficult/result giving.

Sweet! We hike to my kids love it. I hate to hijack Tony's thread, I can PM you a couple of WO's I do though.

I call my kids my favorite dumbells. A kid can hold his own weight from a young age by interlocking his fingers. Then you grab their hands and use them like kettlebells. They love it, and I'm stronger now that they are bigger. Now what they like to do is see how many chin ups they can do on my arm. I can not hold it out for too long, so I'll grab onto something, but it's fun to see them struggle to get up. :D

Right now I'm Dad, Mom, Grandpa, Uncle... You name it

Wife is in Iraq and no family out here in Hawaii. Can be tough sometimes.

haha Steve I didnt notice that. I meant for any lady of the site to ask their hubbies to fill it out. Its changed now.
