Sure, why not.

I guess I could start one of these things.

The man:
Habib 6'-2"tall, 210 pounds

The routine:
push/ pull split periodized with strength and endurance phases.
I pretty much do something everyday. If I'm not lifting, I'm running, or taking my son through a cardio circuit.
Yoga in the evenings.

The goal:
To do 15 pull ups without rest. I'm at 13 right now.
Other than that its really just maintanance. I'm cutting right now for spring and summer. I'll bulk again in september.

The diet
I basically don't eat junk. No enriched anything, no processed anything, not much refined sugar. But I eat like a horse, I get my protein and then fill in the rest with veggies, whole grains, nuts and fruit.

No workout scheduled for today, but I did play baseball with a bunch of ten year old boys for 4 hours. Anyone with kids knows how tough this can be. We HAD to play 9 innings, we HAD to play hard. This was the most competitive game of baseball I've played in quite some time.

5/17/10

Bench press, shoulder press, squats 3 varieties
Accessory stuff for tris, delts, quads, forearms.

I will be doing yoga tonight. Flexibility is key.

Training someone today that is a real challenge with the tightest hip flexors I've seen in a while. I like a good challenge.

5/18/10

pulling

pull ups, deadlift, bent over rows

Acc. stuff for the bi's, core, and back.
