Yes, I have tried and It works. You can definitely loose 8 Kgs in about 2-3 Weeks. You may also lose arodun 1-1.5 inches around.

DIET AND WORKOUT
Morning - Almond Corn Flakes + Milk (Sugarfree Pellets)
One Tea or Green Tea (Sugarfree)
Afternoon - Cabbage + Carrot Salad + Lemon Juice + 5 Egg Whites
One Tea or Green Tea (Sugarfree)

Glutapure - 1 Spoon
Whey Protein - 1 Scoop
15 Minutes Cardio + 1 Muscle (5 Reps) + 1 Muscle (5 Reps) + 15 Minutes Abs
Whey Protein - 1 Scoop
Glutapure - 1 Spoon

One Tea or Coffee (Sugarfree)
Cabbage + Carrot Salad + Lemon Juice


This schedule is sureshot to make you loose atleast 5 kgs if not 8 kgs - Depends on your metabolism again.

It worked great for me. I used to weigh 78.x on the scale and now I read 70.x or 71.x on the scale. A cool 7-8 kgs loss!
