Sups for football workout...

I am currently in my off season training for football next year. The first practice starts early August. Two a days... o man cant wait  ... But to get to the point I need to gain as much muscle as i can and i want to know what supplements i should take to help me. I currently take Cell Tech and GNC brand whey protein. I was thinking about taking NO2. Ive seen some of the improvement other guys have had with pump tech and other brands of pretty much the same stuff. What do yall think? My main goal is to get as strong and big as i can because the bigger faster and stronger i am the more playing time i will get next year. Thanks.

well ill tell you one thing...you are paying way too much for suppliments.

celltech is horrendously overpriced creatine. if you are going to take creatine, just get regular creatine monohydrate.

creatine monohydrate and protein powder can be bought online way cheaper than at GNC. i like .

protein is THE suppliment. it is the king

creatine works for most people. be advised that some people will say that if you are under 18 you should not take it.

as for NO2...i have heard conflicting reports about it. its expensive.

BUT: above all of this, nothing beats adequate training, rest, and diet. unless you eat, sleep and train properly, your suppliments would only result in expensive urine.

going off freddys advice, just stick to the basics: protein, efas, creatine, vitamins, minerals, etc

training, food and rest is what its all about. supplements play a small part. those who swear their gains off a powder or pill are selling themselves short

Thx a ton guys. I think tomorrow im just gonna buy some cheap ceatine and cheap protein and more multivitamins because my stock is running a little low. I think the best thing is just for me to work out as hard as i can and as much as i can while still mainting a diet and good rest. thx for the help

I've got to tell you - I have been taking NO2 Xplode and cannot believe the results. Unbelieveable. I have not been this blown out since I competed in Bodybuilding 12 years ago. Many people are accusing me of being on the juice. NO2 Xplode combines the NO2 with creatine. Not only have I seen increases in strength, but endurance and 1 side effect I never expected - increased concentration when I am working out. I take only 2 scoops even though they recommend taking 3. I think you wiull be pleased with the results

im guessing its the creatine you felt.

i bought the smallest bottle of NO i could find to try it out. worthless. waste of money, time and digestive capacity.

You'll also want a good set of amino acids, and as far as vitamins, get lots of B-vitamins for energy production. Here's my list in order of important:

1. Protein
2. Amino acids
3. Essential fatty acids
4. Creatine
5. B-vitamins
5. Nitric Oxide
6. Tribulus

Note that not all supplements work the same way for all people, and your body may respond differently to each. If something doesn't work for you, don't waste money on it. If something works really well for you, find the best version of that you can.
