Sups + carbs

Hi guys

I just bought this



Due to $$ (it was cheap)

Normally I get a low carb mix, I like to get lots of vitamins and obviously protein in after a work out, but I read that eating carbs after a workout may be okay as it will aid protein in building muscle. Is this correct. Or should I eat this stuff right before a workout?

Im not going to answer your question due to me being a little drunk...

What i will say is that that protein tastes real nice but have you noticed how many servings are in the container? I didnt look at there arent many
 
there is carbs that will spike your insulin which can aid in recovery, i did not see the ingredients so no idea which carbs this thing is using, why not just take it before and after? 30g before 30g after.
