supps v gastric

i have complicated digestion pb (enzyme shortage + occasional lactose intolerance + hyperacidity) so i cant take most energy-level- or metabolism-increasing supplements that 'trigger' peristalsis (esp those containing caffeine).

but i need em...

anyone knows supps suitable for me?

absolutely NO supplements are "needed". if they were needed, they wouldn't be called supplements.

all you NEED is a good, balanced diet, 8 hours of good, uninterrupted sleep, and a gallon of water a day.

ok so long story short i'm recovering from 7 yrs of eating disorder (overeating then bulimia then anorexia) and slowed metabolism, digestion -> nutrients malabsorption, a hell lot of loss of lean mass, 'cold' body temp, low energy level are the unsolved problems.

would u tell me to go with em all instead? or any other advice on supps?
