I am trying to lose the fat I gained while bulking. It's been nearly two weeks and I definitely can't lift as much as I could when I was eating more. I don't know if I've lost any fat though, or just muscle. I cut down my calorie intake from about 4000 cals a day to about 2200 a day. I am also doing cardio 3-4 times a week. My energy is often pretty low and I often feel hungry. The worst is I keep getting these cravings for junk food; mostly ice cream. I don't know how long I can hold out before I start binging. I didn't get these cravings when bulking.
What supplements can anyone recommend for fat loss? If i saw some decent results and/or had more energy I know I could resist temptation!
IMPORTANT TO NOTE is that I am a vegetarian and so I will not take any capsules which contain gelatin. I'm looking for a vegetarian fat loss supp or 3 that I can get on bodybuilding.com - I plan on ordering other stuff and I don't feel like paying for shipping twice.
