Hi
I don't eat many foods that give vitamins and minerals (I don't drink milk, so lack calcium)

Can anyone recommend which vitamin tablets I should take? Should I take a cocktail of tablets of just a multi-vitamin?
Thanks

Anyone help please?

There are lots of food other than milk that have calcium. If you are eating a balanced diet, you should be getting most of what you need. You may want to check with a doctor to see if you are deficient in anything. Most multivitamins wont help if you have a severe deficiency. I am deficient in vitamin d and my doctor recommended that I take a multivitamin plus additional vitamin d to get to where I need to be.

Any multi vitamin could work, I like this stuff called wheat grass powder. You can get it on amazon, it has all your vitamins and is made out of real stuff. Gives me a great energy boast

I use this (I'm a guy; if you're a woman, they have same ones for females as well):

I would also advise you to start supplementing with some vitamin D. It's very cheap and very effective for general health. Take at least 1000-2000 IU daily.

Its always good to get vitamins from foods, but if you want to go for tablets go for natural supplements so that there are no side effects
