Can anyone tell me what would be some good supplements to add on to support my program and fat loss? I am not taking anything right now. I have (in my cupboard) flax oil capsules (I know they aren't as good as the cold pressed straight oil but how many would I take?) and I have various multis. Anything else? tell me, tell me :D
 
eh..I take sugar free Bugs Bunny chewable vitamins lol....seriously...

i take vitaminworks multivitamin, vitaminshoppe calcium citrate, and drnatura probiotics.

i take 1 multivitamin and 1 calcium after lunch and i take 1-2 probiotics before bed. i have fish oil too, but i haven't started it yet like an idiot...lol!!

i don't use these directly for fat loss, but i guess for energy and strong bones and a healthy digestive system.

I have heard that taking multivitamins and supplements should be done in the evening, because the body absorbs them better...is that true?
