Supplements you wasted your money on

What supplements have you wasted your time and money, and why? Do you think your opinion would apply for the product in general, or would you only apply it to yourself?

Overpriced. I believe there are egg and whey proteins, but the ratio is no specified. I think this ****s been giving me some stomach cramps and mud butt.

I should have went with the regular whey.

I would not recommend this to anyone, as all the added stuff seems gimmicky, and the whole thing is overpriced in general.

i cant say myself as i dontreally take supplements, but i beleive most are just in it for the money and dont really provide any real benefits.

ON pro-complex is good stuff. never had anything bad from it...well except a little gas.

wasted money:
Tribulus
L-glutamine
Cybergenics (way back in the day)
Animal Stak (the old formula)

luckily not too many supps. creatine works, protein works, multivitamins work, EFA's work. Also tried a couple pro-hormones before the FDA cracked down. I didn't use them the most efficient way, but they did have an effect.

Hmmm, well, I tried it mixed with more water than milk today, and I felt better. No real cramping and no big gas problems. I'm probably a little less than lactose intolerant, but that doesn't really stop me.

I also had problems storing the shake. I keep the shake in a lunch bag with sime blue ice, but it never really helps when the car gets hot. The milk had been going sour from time to time, but I'd drink it anyway.

I'll have to keep drinking this to give my final verdict. I still think they should disclose the ratio of whey to egg proteins.

Mix it in water, I have some Optimum Nurition stuff (double chocolate) and it tastes great!

Probably the nicest tasting shake I have ever had.

EAS Myopro 100% Whey is pretty nice aswell

LOL!!!

I'm laughing so hard, but in a loving way, I promise. I just think its funny that you're getting stomach cramps and blaming it on the protein and not the sour milk.

Hahahaha well, I never really knew what to pin it on. There were some instances where I would blend up a shake and drink it on the spot, only to be having cramps and ****s within 30 minutes.

It's not really a big problem right now though.

C-Mayhem, lmao. Very resourceful.
