Hey guys
I work out on average about 1 hour 3x a week. I run, lift weights, do cardio, the basics. Im starting to getting better and Im increasing what I do and how long I do it. I was wondering if I should start eating or drinking protein supplements. Nothing serious to make me huge, just something to make my workout more effective and let me build muscle better.
The main questions Im asking are
Should I eat it before I go to the gym, or on a regular basis daily?
What should I eat/drink?
Where can I get it?
Is there anything I should be concerned about? such as skipping a gym session and gaining weight due to the supplement
