Are all supplements created for use regardless of workout, or are supplement manufacturers beginning to tailor supplements to specific workout routines?
I love P90X, I use various supplements that have been around for quite some time. However, I recently found a site that seems to recommend supplements specific to the workout. Is this a trend? Does it work?
