Supplements on Vacation continue or NOT

I'm going away on vacation with the family at the end of the month. There is no gym equipment there. Should I continue taking whey and creatine and if so in the morning or evening? Thanks
 
Protein for sure. You always want good amounts of protein if you want to be muscular.
 
If you plan on being sleep deprive it might help. Its been shown in studies to improve brain function when experiencing lack of sleep.

John Beradi for instance recommends everyone to use creatine for reasons besides performance in the gym. And his list of recommended supplements is short.(staples)

Protein blend, fish oil, recovery drink, greens+ and creatine.
 
i'd keep taking both. you should ONLY need 3g of creatine a day though.
taking whey will make sure you don't lose any gains on your vacation.

in fact you'll probably come back feeling stronger than before. short, scheduled rests every couple months are a good thing.
 
What about doing a bodyweight workout. Those can be just as challenging as strength training.
