Supplements i have bought

the two i have purchased are Creatine and Plasmavol I haven't used either in a while. to be honest im not sure if i noticed either of them working. although lately ive realized that you can work out for 20 mins and get all your work outs in.. in other words it does not matter if you work out for 2 hours or 30 minutes, as long as you get all your reps in.

How long have you been taking them? What is plasmavol?

this isn't necessarily true. At times your reps will be lower or higher depending on what your'e doing that day, unless you never vary your reps. Also, the rest times inbetween sets are very important to pay attention to. Strength requires full rest, hypertrophy partial, and endurance very little (these are only general guidlines).

plasmavol is an NO2 product as I recall (which instantly means its useless and a waste of $$)
creatine DOES work..its one of the few supplements that isn't bull****.
however, some people do not respond to the cheapest form, creatine monohydrate. if thats the case here, try creatine ethyl ester. Its not much more money and has fewer side effects (gut aches, cramping mostly)

so whats the difference between creatine monohydrate. and creatine ethyl ester

the one i have is creatine monohydrate

CM is cheaper to make, less efficient, and has a larger occurance of side effects (still minimal tho)
CEE is a different molecular structure, and is more efficiently absorbed, and people report fewer side effects.

Theres' also creatine malate and creatine citrate, but I don't see any real need for them.

And 'buffered' creatine like PurpleK and kre-alkalyn....zero science supporting those being any better than CEE....and they cost a lot more.
