Supplements for Soccer recovery?

Hey,

Im pretty big into soccer but Im not the fitest at the moment. After games I sometimes find my legs and muscles are sore and stiff afterwards.

Can anyone recommend a product to help recovery?

Try Glutamine and Carb Drink

2 things:

1. You need to replenish carbs. Gatorade will do, but I prefer something like Carbo Plus from Universal.

2. Try glutamine. People either love it or think it's crap. I've always found it works for me. It's by no means magic, but over the course of time I find it helps with recovery and promotes optimum fitness.

NO.. gatorade will not do. It is a glorified sports drink.
fructose and sucrose are not the same as malto or dextrose. Glucose and dextrose may be similar if not the same. Either way it does not matter because gatorade does not contain enough high GI carbs...
