Supplements for over 40?

I will turn 48 next month and workout religiously everyday. I know everyone on the forum always says you should get all the nutrients you need from good nutrition, however as I age are there things I should be supplementing as my body ages/changes?
I know the basics and I do consume enough protein (200-250 grams per day).
I also consume enough good fats for help with my joints, etc., along with fruits and veggies.
I do take a few supplements now that I have found beneficial to me or at least seem to such as BCAA's, Arginine, Glucosamine and MSM for joints.
Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated.

I take Glocosamine and Condroitin and MSM also. Most doctors recommend a multi-vitamin/mineral supplement now days, and some also recommend fish oil. I seriously doubt the quality of most of the bargain brands in the stores. You might want to check out these guys, a little on the pricy side, but hopefully better quality?:

other than your joint supplements, EFA's, multi-vitamin...creatine is all I would be worried about.
ZMA may still help increase natural testostorone production...and it does help you sleep soundly if you take it at bedtime...plus its pretty cheap...as is creatine.
