supplements for cardio

So I have been running and cycling quite a bit lately and although I feel my body is gaining strength and I feel a ton better and have been dropping weight, my lungs seem to be taking their time with progressing. I was wondering if theres anything I could or should be taking to assist me in my cardio?
 
There are only things that will give you energy, and the best one of those is proper diet. Just keep at it (and make sure your diet is in check)
 
Yep, no supplement (that's safe) is going to help you breathe better.

Disclaimer: do this at your own risk...

If you can get ahold of an ephdra-containing fat burner (or the actual ECA stack), ephedra/ephedrine is a bronchiodilator...it'll open up airways in the chest/lungs.

But it also increases blood pressure and heart rate (hence my disclaimer).

Otherwise, give your body time. I suck at cardio too...just not built to be any kind of endurance athlete.
 
Just drink some Scivation Xtend prior and during exercise.
Will give you a great boost and reduce fatigue as well as speed up recovery.
