Any supplements worth taking to aid in fat burning? This is my main goal at the moment, is it worth it or just keep watching my caloric intake as well as keeping down the amount of bad fats. Also eating the right types are carbs at the right times etc.
I wont go into detail too much on what counts as "right type" of carbs etc as it will just bring up the same stuff as in 90% of posts here
Just wondering about the supplements and if they are worth it to help with burning fat? I just take a protein shake after a workout (weights) or sometimes an hour before a cardio workout. I limit this to two shakes a day max, one post/pre workout depending on the type of workout, and sometimes one if i need that little extra protein or a quick snack. At the moment thats the only type of supplement in my diet. Oh and a multi vitamin tablet once a day if that counts.
Will adding anything aid with my fat loss? I see a lot of stuff like one called "Fat loss @ day" and "Fat loss @ night" (In the UK) but never looked at whats actually in them or even thought about buying them.
