Supplements for bulking?

Im a 17 yr old thats currently bulking, what supplements do you recommend for bulking? Im currently in 14inches in my arms... my goal is 15inches... maybe 15.5 or 16... So I dont have that much to go, but any supplements you guys recomend? Looking to maximize muscle gain and minimize fat gain... My routine is an 8 week plan ( 2 months ). Im going to use these 2 months to bulk, then begin to cut... In 2 weeks I've grown an inch... is it posible for me to get my 15 or 15.5 in the remaining 6 weeks of bulking? I have a bulking diet which mainly consists of Complex carbs at breakfast, carbs at PWO, and carbs at PPWO... The rest is mainly just protein and some EFAs... For more details on my routine and diet check out my log Thanks in advance guys!

Supplements for bulking? Ground beef, whole milk, olive oil, peanut butter, can't go wrong with pizza and ice cream....stuff like that.

Eat Eat Eat...as the others have said. With your age, I bet your results will be impressive.

I take a few supplements every day.

1.) Multivitamin - Quick Disolving - Meaning if you put it in a water / vingear solution, it total disolves.
2.) Glucosamine & Chondroitin - Which is good for my joints. I used to weight 350+, so I was hard on my knees and ankles. I do not think you need that one.
3.) Fish Oil & Flax Seed - I take this to get my Omega's, since I have not got strict about evening meals
4.) I was take a protien smoothie after every workout. It includes water, ice, whey, bananas and blueberries. I think you would get the most bang for your buck, if you take some form of protien directly after you lift.

you milage may vary...

Food food food...is the only way to bulk. Bulking is the process of putting on muscle, but you need extra calories to do that. If you don't use them all, then it turns to fat. So expect some fat gain as well.

Also, you aren't going to gain an inch on your arms in 2 months time. That amount of growth is insane...even with roids. Your arms are small muscles, so you can't expect extra inches to just be there. 1" -1.5" is about a solid 6 months or more of training. One more thing, don't just sit there and do curl after curl after curl. That doesn't work for getting your arms bigger. That just makes them hurt the next day and means you over trained.

For bulking, stick to heavy compound lifts with a rep range from 6-10 to hit your largest muscle fibers. Compound moves give you the most bang for your buck

I stopped taking glucosamine chondroitin. I found it to benefit me very little if at all. The majority of people I recommended it to also experienced little to no benefit. Recently, some pretty heavy studies were published regarding it, I will see if I can find them. They all showed that the supplement is very over-hyped in the claims. However, if it works for ya, use it.
