Supplementing a Plyo Program for Speed Development

Just copying and pasting this from my separate post in another section that didn't get any responses:

Okay, after much uncertainty, debate, and testing, I've found the basic core of the program I want to be doing. Here it is in detail if you'd like the link, but you only really need to know that it's a plyometric workout intended to be your workout for the day:

PlayYourGame.com - Training for Quickness

I've done it a couple times now and it feels great. It's covering exactly 3 of the 4 things I want to develop:

- Agility
- Speed
- Vertical

The fourth thing, which it isn't covering, is endurance. This is all fast-twitch stuff, so there's a lack of endurance training. Endurance is equally important to me as the other three traits are.

So here's my question to the helpful and learned people of WFT:

What should I be doing to supplement this program not only to help improve my endurance but ALSO to further improve on the agility, speed, and vertical?

Should I be lifting weights as well, doing the basic six movements, pretty much? I know I'm going to throw some core work into this, and probably a little bit of upper body stuff. But would doing lower body lifts that are also getting worked in the plyo program be overkill?

Either way, I SHOULD be doing whatever supplemental exercises I'm going to do on the same day to give me recovery time, right?

And the last, final question: I know that plyos will be working my fast-twitch muscles, and running for endurance will be working my slow-twitch muscles. Am I countering myself here?

Thanks everyone for your help!

P.S.

Season starts in mid to late-March, at which point I'll be working out less to make sure I'm in the best condition possible. But, that said, I'll still be running sprints, jogging a few miles, and doing plyo stuff. Just probably not very much weight lifting.

what is the program?
