Supplementarily Confused

Ok. I'm looking into taking a supplement to help things move along.
All I want right now is bigger arms(I'm doing all the exercises, just want something to speed up the process)

Creatine, Glutamine, Nitrix Oxide, NOX-CG3, anyone have good results with these or anything else?

Much appreciated! :)

You know what will supplement your arms? Squats.

Training - Super consistant
Diet- Needs work

Bench, Squats, Curls, Power Cleans, Reverse Curls, Sit Ups, Crunches, Weighted Crunches. Are the exercises, with a 24 hours between muscle groups.

Diet is 5 meals. 2 meals are junk food, other 3 are healthy.

And Mreik, I don't mean to argue with the master-of-disaster, but how do Squats help my arms? 0_o?

Resistance training produces a hormonal response from the body, AKA, testosterone and growth hormone production. The legs have larger muscles and help produce a bigger response.

Oh, and forget all that shyte you quoted.

Multi-vitamin
Fish oil
ON Whey protein
Creatine.

That's the most you'll ever really need, because the ON has glutamine and BCAAs in it.

Screw the NO, it's purely cosmetic and doesn't add anything permanent. You'll do better to have some oatmeal and some coffee before your workout.

Creatine monohydrate Good.
Glutamine - pointless
Nitrix Oxide - cosmetic
NOX-CG3 - overpriced, overhyped creatine, plus cosmetic NO2
Nitrix by BSN - cosmetic
Fish oil - good
daily multivitamin - good
protein powder, ON or Nitrean - good for meeting protein needs, not mandatory though.

It contains good fatty acids which can promote fat breakdown, healthy blood lipid levels, and many other benefits. I don't take them because I actually eat fish 2-3times a week, and include certain types of nuts. Most people don't get enough good fats, which is why this is a great supp.

yeah...your natural sources of good fats are fish, nuts, and natural peanut butter. If you are careful about what you eat, there are many supplements you don't need to include into your diet. Other than that, protein is the only thing you really NEED...and even that isn't necessary if you are taking in enough lean protein in your diet 1gram protein for ever 1lb of LEAN body mass.

Good luck

What do you guys mean when you say nitrix oxide is only cosmetic. Do you mean it'll look like i have bigger muscles but not have the strength?

From what I've read, it enlarges the blood vessels. Which in turn enlarges the muscles slightly. Is that right guys?
