supplement questions

Hello all, new to your forum. Hopefully it will be a bit more active than a few others I have been reading. I'm 32 years old, 165LBS, 5'10'', and have been training for the past 8 years.

I've always been the "runt" of the family, having an incredible metabolism. All my brothers, including dad are huge. Monster arms, legs, body etc...all between 205-305lbs. however I was always pretty skinny with chicken legs. Basically thought I was the milkmans kid if I were to compare genes. I'm looking for something to help change that, to co-inside with the last 8 years of training which has helped, but only to certain degree. Am i missing hormones or test. that my brothers received? is it possible? How come they basically double my body weight?

One good thing is that its easy for me to appear "ripped", because of VERY minimal body fat, however hard to pack on LBS and bulk up for me.

My current supplements are Creatine Monohydrate, Whey, and ZMA(mostly for help with sleep).

It's been a while since I've looked at what new products are available, and the new research on past products.

I'm looking to add something to my mix, that will help with putting on mass. Test boosters? hormone boosters? what is gonna help me maximize all the heavy iron lifting. Any suggestions which may help with what I'm trying to do.

Can someone run down pro's/con's, and side-effects of specific products available that fall into the test. booster catagory?
 
there are no legal test boosters or hormone boosters that actually work.
so just abandon that thought immediately.

if you're not packing on muscle, you're not eating enough. its that simple.

head to the nutrition forum, read up on the stickies, and if necessary, post a typical day's eating, including calorie and macro totals.
