I don't believe in glutamine much, take them postworkout, try to use the search function before you post, not to sound rude, but somebody asks the same question almost everyday.

Take whey when needed for your nutrition/diet requirements, but real food should always come first. You could technically throw all of them together in your post workout shake, or take them separately, I would go with separate just in terms of absorption and none of them interferring.

Best times for whey are right after working out, right upon waking, and before bed if you arent having anything else.
