Supplement Quality

If a cheap why gives you 23 grams of protein per serving, then what is the difference between the cheap one and a more expensive one that delivers the same amount?

Same for creatine, if you get 5 grams per serving from a cheap one, what's better about the more expensive one with the same content?

Thanks

E

there's different types of whey, isolate being the best/most expensive (look on the back in the ingredients). as far as creatine monohydrate, it's all the same.

For whey I'll get some Optimum Nutrition product.

Ok, there's this Creatine Monohydrate pills (150 count) I've seen for $10. It gives 5 g. This will be fine? And should I load to start and then cycle?

Thanks

I would buy the powder form, as it end up being a lot cheaper. just mix a heaping teaspoon into your post workout shake, and slam it back. ON's creatine monohydrate is a good one as its creapure processed. should be about $16 for 500g, which should last you 100 days if you take the recommeneded daily dose.

no need to 'load'.

But if I get 150 pills and I'll be taking one a day (is that what i should do?) then $10 would get me 150 days
I doubt they're 5gram pills. I think you'll be taking around 5 a day (I'm not sure, I'd have to look @ it, but you need 5g/day)

OK I'm sure your right I thought it said 5 g but I bet you're right. Can you give me a like to the ON Creatine powder so I know what I need to look for? Thanks a lot in advance, you all have been a great help. Thanks!
