supplement Q

Can anyone recomend a good fatburner? Stimulant or non-stimulant, I don't really care. I'm 5'8 207, I've gained 50 pounds in the last four years, mostly fat. I've been working out regularly including intense cardio, but I'm gaining weight. Up about 6 pounds in the last 2 weeks. It may be muscle, but I would love to get back down to my normal weight. I was thinking about going to the doc and getting my T3 T4 tested. Are there fat burners that do not affect those levels? Thanks.

Water is a good fat burner.

seriously - Dont do it. Fat burners will only help you shed the last tiny bit of fat off once you are already loosing fat. If your not loosing weight anyway they they wont help you, they will more than likely give you a heart attack.

Fat burners are just caffiene. They will dress it up, give it a medical name or use another term for it, but it's just caffiene. It will speed up your heart rate and make you feel sick. Thats how it works.

If you are gaining weight its because you are consuming more calories than you are burning off in a day. Eat less - move more. Thats the only way.

if your diet isn't right for cutting, and your training isn't adequate, a fat burner is just a waste of money.

its best to leave fat burners for cutting cycles, particually near the end of a long cutting cycle.

constant use makes your body ignore their effects.

My thoughts exactly.

Just work on your diet a little bit and you'll lose again.. Unless you have thyroid problems I doubt your t3/t4 levels are off.
