supplement help

i am using whey protein and N-large 2 (mass gainer) and just want to make sure that i am taking it correctly.



-on workout days: whey in the morning, n-large 2 after workout, whey before i go to sleep

-on non-workout days: whey in the morning, whey with lunch




is this good?
 
whey is no different than eating egg whites or lean chicken.

use what you need to hit your daily protein intake goals, but 2/3 of your daily protein should come from real food.

so roughly 60-80g a day from whey shakes (including the sugar filled N-large weight gainer)
 
thanks, yea i am also eating alot. but i just wanted to know if i am taking the supplements correctly (the amount of times and time of day)
 
A good rule I live by is no more than three times a week. I don't know if it's "science" or whatever, and I really don't care. I believe eating actual food is better than any supplement. So if you're taking it every single day, then I say you should rethink your eating plan such that you are getting whole foods such as eggs, chicken, and other heavy protein sources.
