What vitamins have you guys taken to help with your weight loss? I decided to start taking them so any help with my list would be appreciated..
1) Multivitamin (Most likely the One-A-Day Weight Smart)
2) Chromium Picolinate (I heard it helps keep insulin levels constant)
3) Hoodia XR (Don't knock it till you tried it. It actually helps keep my calorie intake around 1500-1800 when my BMR is around 3000. $$$ though)
So, anything else you would add to the mix? Thanks
