supplement help....

OK im 22 years old 6feet tall and weigh 210 lbs. I just started working out and feel like i need something besides food(not steroids) that will help me get stronger. I need a recommendation on what supplements to use. For the past month i have been taking NO2 and CE2 stack from MRI and it has helped a little but i have read its not the best stuff around. I want something that will really help me grow(creatine,nitrice,etc...) My diet is not the problem here i eat very good 5 meals a day and 250-300 grams of protein a day. So any recommendations would be good.

The ONLY thing that's gonna help you get stronger, is lifting heavy weights, low reps, and eating properly.

as far a supplments:
1. make sure your diet is good. 250g of protein is fine..but what about your carbs? fat? total calorie intake??

2. supps you can look at because they work: daily multivitamin, EFA capsules (fish oil), creatine monohydrate, protein powder

that's it. NO2 products are just fluff. you don't want fluff, you want results. CE2 stack is overpriced creatine. no studies have proven ANYTHING works better than creatine monohydrate, 5g a day, every day, no cycling, no loading.

Remember there called supplements not substitutions.
Nothing will help you more than a good work out, good healthy food and good rest. Protein, creatine, even steroids wont help until everything is perfect. Take cod liver oil if you don’t eat much fish and a multi vit.

there you go. one can argue that roughly 90% of all gains will come from lifting and eating. dont stress out on the supplements too much as they dont really matter in the big picture :)

Once your nutrition and training are under control, here are the products I've had great success with:

USP Powerfull
Scivation Xtend
SAN ATTITUDE
Ergopharm Cell Fuel
Epic 5-tetra

1.5g of protein per pound of body mass with a multi and EFAs and you'd be on the road.
