Like most people I don't always get the veggies and fruits that I need. So today I purchased a powder that has SuperFoods. What attracted me to it was the high fiber content, low sodium and fruit/veggie nutrients. You're probably asking why I just don't go grab a low sodium V8. Well I still think it's too high in sodium compared to the powder drink. I have high blood pressure so I'm really trying to watch it. The SuperFoods drink mix seems to have a great deal of veggie and fruit mixtures so I'm thinking this could help fill in the gaps of what I don't get. I'm not planning to make this a substitute for the real thing, but as we all know, sometimes getting everything we need nutrition wise is a bit difficult.
Does anyone have an opinion on the Superfood and Greenfoods mixes?
