Here's how it works: Every Friday you will weigh-in. Please edit your original post with your weight instead of posting a new chart each week. This will make it easier for me to find. This will not only be the weigh-in thread, but this will be the thread that you can discuss things, and cheer each other on! Every Saturday after weigh-ins I will post who got eliminated. Eliminations work like this: Every week the 3 teams will weigh-in. The team with the highest weight loss percentage will keep all of their members. The other 2 teams will each lose 1 member. There will be a few non-elimination weeks throughout the challenge, but I will not announce them until the day eliminations will have been posted. Good Luck to everyone.

Hi Red Team!

Hope everyone is doing well. I looked at the scale today and my weight is down from the first weigh-in. It's hit this number before so I'm hoping by
Friday to see a new low (especially with all the exercise I've been doing with the amazing race challenge.) :)

Congrats everyone, looks like we all had a loss. No matter how big or small a loss is a loss!!! :hurray::hurray::hurray:
 
saykonichiwa: You definitely won't feel like eating the first day and for a few days stick to warm (not hot) soup and yogurt and other liquidy foods. The downside is you won't feel like exercising either, I sure didn't feel like doing anything but I lost a few pounds when I had mine out a few years ago.

That is awesome that we all had some kind of loss, I have a training session tomorrow, hopefully the change in my workout routine will trigger a bigger loss.
 
hey red team!! Sorry that I am just gathering information now, I am house sitting at my father's for the weekend. So I have to do this all from my iPhone. You all did so well. Saykonichiwa- you won't be eating much of anything when you get your wisdom teeth out. I got mine out just a couple of years ago and I insisted on talking and I kept making my gums bleed. Keep to those cheap pop-ices that come in packs of like 100. And icecream. Make sure to take it easy!!

I will post eliminations in a bit.
