summer goals, tips NEEDED

k, summer vacation just started, and here is my current stats -

age-16
weight-200
BMI- 30.4
height- 5'8"

TARGET STATS by September-
weight-160
BMI-24.3

this is so i can feel better about myself and i want my bmi to be in a normal range, or close to it, before summer starts.

im pretty sure i have my diet down, but i'll still accept suggestions,

and im asking what exercises i should be doing to help. and please, no drugs, or pills or anything.

additional info:
i have a treadmill with incline, and an exercise ball.

Read the stickied threads in the exercise forum - as well as on topic and nutrition

had you read those your commen about drugs and pills, you'd realize is completely unneeded :)
