Suggestion Regarding My Daily Workout

For last two years, I m doing building. Since then I gained almost 10 Kg weight. But still I am not satisfied with the size of my muscles. I want to gain more weight and bigger muscle development. I used to take muscle milk juice. But for last 4 month I am taking creating. First two months I took Creapure (Ultimate Nutrition) and now am taking Prolab Creatine monohydrate. Effects of creating were not too good I gained 3 kg only in four months. My daily diet includes 12 eggs and 12 bananas a day with heavy daily routine meals (Lunch and dinner).

I work out 6 days a week.

Monday and Thursday: Chest and Back
Total Exercise: 22 Sets (Avg Reps Range: 8-12)

Tuesday and Friday: Biceps and Triceps
Total Exercise: 18 Sets (Avg Reps Range: 8-15)

Wednesday and Saturday: Shoulders and legs
Total Exercise: 18-20 Sets (Avg Reps Range: 6-12)

Folks I need some feedbacks and suggestions, how can I improve the size of my muscle?
 
Whoa... I'd say you are "over doing it" a bit. No wonder your muscles aren't growing...Your diet is not balanced, there's no recovery time in your work outs and why are you doing so many sets??

Slow down and let us see an example of what you eat in a day (from the time you get up til you go to sleep).

I'd also recommend working from a program where you are accounting for recovery time:

Mon-Chest
Tues-Legs
Wedn-Back
Thur-Shoulders
Frid- Arms

And take the weekend off! And stretch after your workouts - it helps to build muscle.

Similar thing to what im doing that bud :) Would this be ok on a cut and not working the abs either?

Haha you are determined not to do abs aren't you? I'm sorry I keep leaving them out because I just "assume" everyone fits them in somewhere. I will tell you though if you cut out the sugar and processed crap you won't have to do them as often.

yeye I do cut the processed crap out and sugar. I like to keep sugar down as im a type 1 diabetic aswell :p I was on about the diet being ok matey

I didn't note anywhere in his post that he was cutting or preparing for a competition did you?

So what is it about ab workouts? You just don't like them? lol
