For last two years, I m doing building. Since then I gained almost 10 Kg weight. But still I am not satisfied with the size of my muscles. I want to gain more weight and bigger muscle development. I used to take muscle milk juice. But for last 4 month I am taking creating. First two months I took Creapure (Ultimate Nutrition) and now am taking Prolab Creatine monohydrate. Effects of creating were not too good I gained 3 kg only in four months. My daily diet includes 12 eggs and 12 bananas a day with heavy daily routine meals (Lunch and dinner).
I work out 6 days a week.
Monday and Thursday: Chest and Back
Total Exercise: 22 Sets (Avg Reps Range: 8-12)
Tuesday and Friday: Biceps and Triceps
Total Exercise: 18 Sets (Avg Reps Range: 8-15)
Wednesday and Saturday: Shoulders and legs
Total Exercise: 18-20 Sets (Avg Reps Range: 6-12)
Folks I need some feedbacks and suggestions, how can I improve the size of my muscle?
