O.K., here it goes. I'm officially on a plan to eat right and exercise.

Breakfast:

Strawberry Kefir smoothie with Banana

Lunch:

Huge Salad (spinach, romaine lettuce, tomatoes, avocados, mushrooms, olives, cheese)

Snack:

3/4 of a plum
1/2 nectarine

Dinner:

Protein shake

Exercise:

156 stairs a.m.
156 stairs p.m.
2 mile run
20 minutes Tae Boe
various hand weights and total gym


My weakness is chocolate and I passed by a HUGE bowl of chocolate. I'm defiitely doing good!!!

Almonds

Snack:
1/2 Plum
Water

Dinner:
Kefir Protein shake w/banana and flax seed oil
Water


Exercise:
156 stairs a.m.
156 stairs pm.
2-mile run
