Sport sudden change

I was doing so well with eating healthy but yesterday i ate alot. But today i went back to my diet. So because of eating alot yesterday, is that bad? Will I gain weight?
 
Most likely you will gain water weight if you haven't had a cheat day like that in a while.

No worries. Just get back on track and you will be fine.
 
Your body may retain water due to the amount food and types of foods you ate. This should subside in a coule days as long as you drink plenty of water.
