Hello everyone.
I just started weight training two weeks ago. I got a trainer to make me an 8 week plan Anyways, I have a problem. My left hand biceps and triceps are much weaker then of my right hand. For instance, if im doing an armcurl with 7,5 kilos in each hand, I could easily 4x12 with the right hand with out much of a fuzz, but my left hand barely gets through it. This ofcourse also has an effect on my benchpress and such.
With time, will my left hand catch up with the right hand? I feel though as I'm not challanging my right hand that much, so if I continue, will my left hand bulk up more than my right?
