Subway really a healthy place?

Ok, I eat out a;lot. I am a very busy person with 2 jobs and a full time student. So I tend to eat out alot. Is subway a good pick for eating healthy when on the go?

What would be a healthy 6" sub to help lose weight. Turkey, Ham, ... I am not good with determinging what is better for someone trying to lose weight. Thatks for the help.

i wouldnt exactly call it "healthy", but it is a better choice than alot of whats out there

The turkey would be fine, get it on the whole wheat roll, and go real light on the mayo, or if they have it, go with honey mustard instead of the mayo. Have them throw a bunch of the cold veggies on too. Skip the olives though(not for health reasons, just because olives are nasty).

You would have to be able to tell that say the Tuna Sub is more healthy than the Meatball sub i hope...but with that Jarod guy he only lost weight eating 1 6" sub with no cheese and no mayo. so you can sort of see how a wholeweat breadroll with turkey and salad would be healthy...in my opinion subway is the best out of a bad bunch.

Thanks, the main thing I am going to focus on is cutting back my portions. I use todo a foot long cold cut with chips, and a drink. I am going to cut back to a 6" with wheat, and no mayo. I like to eat, so I think if I can successfully cut back my poirportions, I will beable to lose some fat.
