ok this is a typical stupid question from a 16yr old, feel free to dismiss, but what is more likely to cause a women (i.e. my girlfriend) pain during their first time, is it them being tense and not relaxed or is it just the fact it's their first time?

Usually the pain girls feel their first time is from their hymen being broken from the penis, but your hymen can break from several common activities. The boy could also be a little too rough, to the point it hurts...
I didn't feel any pain. Haven't since either.
