stupid but i want advice

im a male with an active at home work out routine. my abs are starting to pop and i am getting nice pecs, shoulders, buns, ect. my only complaint is i dont have the 'V'. i dont know the name for it either. richt above the groin on well toned males is that 'V', which consequently is the whole reason i started an exersize program. does any one have any tips on how to target this muscle groupe?
 
When I first heard "V", I thought you meant lats. But, I think you are talking about the junction between the rectus abdominis (six pack) and external obliques (love handles). Try doing some oblique work (my favorite is a side bridge) and burn some more body fat. This area is hard to show with a fat layer.

obliqs thats why when i do the twist situps i start to see the diffrence... got anny killer oblique sets? all i have i t floorspace at my appartment. thank s for te help
 
side crunches
side bridges
dumbbell oblique lift
twisting crunches (boxer's crunches)
side leg raises

Tho your problem is to do with body fat% and geans more than muscle.
 
so like i said i just use the floor adn some milk cartains. if i lloolk up those work outs will i find them? if not can i have a description of them? thanks you guys for your help. i already do the twisted crunch (and i add 11 pounds sittign on my chest when i do them). manofkent i cant find your 6pack section.
