Stuck!

Hey Everyone:(

I hope you can help me out here. I am trying to figure out what I am doing wrong. I have been stuck for 3 months now. I know exactly how many calories I am taking in, a pretty good idea of how many calories I am burning and I just am not losing. I am not under eating or over eating so what gives? Is it possible to just be stuck a nd then to start losing again just because? Should I keep going?
 
I know you want some answers but we are just going to need a little more detail that this.

What is your caloric amount, exercise methods? How long have you been in a deficit, etc. Give us as much info and you can.
