Stuck in a rut. HELP :)

ATTENTION all of you fitness buffs: I burn 600-1200 calories in the gym daily. On top of this, I am very active throughout my day and regularly burn 2900-3600 calories every day. I eat clean, I've cut out all sugar. I've put on lots of muscle and I know that muscles weighs more than fat but I kid you not, my scale has only gone down 4 pounds since April 1st. I see changes in my body but I'm definitely not seeing the results that I should be seeing. Any insight? Thank you!

That's what I would like to know as well. I suspect you're either not burning as many calories as you think you do, or you're consuming more than you think you do. In any case, some more information about your workout routine would be helpful.

I am over weighted so I am doing heavy Gym excercise with proper and balanced diet.i am included garcinia cambogia as it is highly recommended for weight loss.Otherwise 3 days in week I am doing YOGA ,its really a great natural way for weigh loss.
