Hi all.
Was not sure where to post this, if I should have added it to my previous post or not.
Just a little update. increased my intake as advised. Getting someware about 1500 currently , though I did induldge over the weekend...(oops)Feel better energy wise, though the scale is not my current friend and feeling a little full.Hopefully it will all come together and I'll see some fat loss...

Still lifting 3 days a week. cardio on the other days normally 3 days cardio

I should most likely be posting my work out in the diary section. but thought I'd ad this in .

My work out monday was:
5 min warmup
dumbbell squats 60lb dumbbells held at shoulders 15 reps followed by 45lb dumbbells for lunges for 15 reps. These were down back to back with no break as one set. repeated this for three sets.

Next did stifflegged deadlifts 135lb 15 reps ( on a box for better stretch)and went directly to a sled w/ harness pulled it apx. 25yards w/225lbs. these were done back to back as one set.
repeated for 3 sets.

Moved onto bicep work and then abs.
burned 1100 cal. not bad , but hopefully getting better.

Seems like you are progressing very well, but be careful and don't over do it:)

I am glad you are getting more energy, though doing workouts like that I would still move up those calories a little in intervals.

Please do start a journal and keep us updated.

leigh.
Thanks for the help. just started the diary up.
Just really trying to push , get over this stuck period I'm in,hoping to be somewhat ready for a Highland game event in the spring.( gotta look good in the kilt)

I was figuring to get my cal. some where around 2300 on the days I lift.
Started supplements the other week as well. How important is adding the fish oils?

Supplements using are,
BCAA's, Creatine 2e,mno2, one a day vit.and L-glutamine.
My recovery seems better with the extra cal. not so burned out .
