Stuck at 230, need to jump the hurdle.

hello all. Well i started my journey at 298. i was a happy meal away from 300. haha! Well 2 years later i'm down to 230 and have been for about 4 months. I've been building muscle and staying at the same weight so i know i'm still losing fat but my body has adjusted to my daily calorie intake and i have reached a plataeu. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to start losing again. I am trying to reach 200.
 
Had you tried the zig-zag method?
