Stubborn Fat Areas

So yea after almost a 100 lb weightloss I have just a bit pf stubborn fat left on my stomach, love handles, and chest.

Any suggestions on a certain type of diet or workout?

I majorly body build with football team 4 times a week and I'm afraid that the buildup of my chest is puffing out the fat on it giving that man-breast type look even moreso than I already had.

So yea whats the best fat-burning diet?
I know the best workout for fat-burning is cardio and I do cardio 6 days a week.

If your building muscle at such an impressive rate that you are noticing major changes in your physique... that means you are in a caloric surplus.

If you are in a caloric surplus, you aren't going to lose body fat.

Why is cardio the best workout for fat burning?
 
I would hope that I'm in in a caloric surplus seeing that I limit myself to 1500 calories a day, and I drink about a gallon of water a day.
