So yea after almost a 100 lb weightloss I have just a bit pf stubborn fat left on my stomach, love handles, and chest.
Any suggestions on a certain type of diet or workout?
I majorly body build with football team 4 times a week and I'm afraid that the buildup of my chest is puffing out the fat on it giving that man-breast type look even moreso than I already had.
