Hey there,
Im 19, female, and really struggling with my weight. I weigh roughly 205 lbs, but i fluctuate so often its hard to tell, in two or so days ill weigh 192lbs. I eat well, im vegetarian and i exercise often ish (i walk to and from work, about 20 minutes each way, and work on my feet for 12 hrs a day). I have hypermobility syndrome so i cant do much other than walking and swimming, so when it comes to winter its difficult.
I try hard to lose weight, i have low fat everything, dont eat fried food and snack every now and then. I know for a fact that i retain water, as after just a week or so or taking dandelion tincture i lost 10lbs. Im not sure what else i can do to lose weight, and i feel myself becoming greedy and not caring about it which i hate because i need to lose weight for my joint and muscle pain to ease, and be more comfortable in my own skin.
