Struggling to lose the last 14lbs

Hi guys. I am new to this site but needed to chat to people who are trying to lose weight also.According to my BMI i am still over weight and that really de-motivates me as i have been working so so hard for the last few weeks. I am 22, 5ft 3in and weigh 148.6lbs. I was not active before i began running about 4 weeks ago. Over the first few weeks of my diet and exercise plan i lost little weight. But over the last week and a half ive lost about 7 lbs. Now its slowing down again and I am getting so annoyed. How can you work so hard at this and get such little results. Anyone out there with the same problem.

I too had the same problem and it was so frustrating! Physical activity is good, what/when you eat is the most important where results are concerned. I took my meal planning up a notch and now i'm losing a couple pounds a week. What are you eating?
