To start....I have NEVER worked out,
And now im looking to get stronger arms.(im 6' 195pounds 23ish BF 15yr old)
Right now I can lift 75-100 pounds (I know its sad, that why I'm here)
and I wanna double (at least) to 200-225, but I need to know what workouts to do, and what weights and how heavy to use.
I dont 'look' fat really so lossing the 30-50 pounds, I need to lose is not big right now, but I do want/need the arm strength!
to sum up
1] what work outs
2] what weights
3] how heavy for weights

Edit: I think, I can prob do anthing, I put my mind to!(just quit caffine cold turkeys, yay)
