stronger arms

To start....I have NEVER worked out,
And now im looking to get stronger arms.(im 6' 195pounds 23ish BF 15yr old)
Right now I can lift 75-100 pounds (I know its sad, that why I'm here)
and I wanna double (at least) to 200-225, but I need to know what workouts to do, and what weights and how heavy to use.


I dont 'look' fat really so lossing the 30-50 pounds, I need to lose is not big right now, but I do want/need the arm strength!

to sum up
1] what work outs
2] what weights
3] how heavy for weights

Edit: I think, I can prob do anthing, I put my mind to!(just quit caffine cold turkeys, yay)

There is alot of workouts to do to.
frist you have to spilt your week into 3rds

Monday-workout
tues-rest
wends-workout
thurs-rest
friday-workout-
weekend rest

now you have to more into detail in each day
monday you can do Chest,shoulders, triceps, abs
find a weight that does 2/10 reps and rest 2 mins in between

Wednesday
Do legs(rest 2 mins),calves(rest 1 min). same thing do 2/10 reps (2 sets)

Friday
Back,traps,biceps, forearms,abs
same thing as above for monday

Tomorrow i'll make a thread about my teenager workout plan that i got out of a mag.

check it out and see if you like it, im starting it on monday.

working out and there training plan are all unique. Everyones is different and they all have different opioins on how to do it. Just find something your comfortable and works.

I dont have use of a gym, or any weights. (So i would have to get some cheap ones, or use somthing else that would work)
So getting a full body work out, would be alot harder than just working arms & chest.
Yeah, I know push-ups and pull-ups, but being a big kid, with weak arms, I cant...

You said I can lift 75-100 pounds. How did you know you could lift that?
 
Well i suggest you find a gym to go to. There are ways of doing it, but its much easyier if you had access to a gym.

i see you want to loose weight and body fat.Watch your diet, search around the forum on some good weight loss programs. To lose weight, do cardio. Find some good cardio workouts.

1) There is a Gym, about a hour drive away, but I could only get in ones a week (if im lucky) and not for too long.

2) I have started. Just quit caffine, planing to quit white suger, high fructoce corn syrop, and most drinks (other thne water and homemade stuff)

3) Working on a walking plan based off one from , Small goal is to walk 5k, and by the end I should have the covered, and then some.

Well, Turns out yesterday I walked 3.5-6 mins in a hour, I was lil tired but not real sore,
so I am gonna bump my walking[1] plan

[1] (Walking is just a starting point, Ill get into running after, I lose a bit of bodyfat)
